The door makes cranking noises when opening and shutting.

I have been body smooshed pretty good while grabbing groceries, as there's no bounce back at all - the door will eventually just stop everything. And then it's hard to manually push open.

There is a very loud buzz (think game show buzzer) that goes off every time i lock or unlock my doors manually or with a button or automatic while driving, coming from the sliding door. It scares the s*** out of my co workers if they are standing by my van. Its kind of embarrassing because everyone looks at you.

Here's the video link. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=FEexsrlUaeA I typed it in the proper box on the previous page but kept getting an error msg. After the vehicle is locked, or unlocked, the sliding door opens and closes repeatedly on its own. We have woken up in the morning to find the door open. This is a great annoyance, and also a safety issue when parked in a public parking lot. The motherboard on the vehicle was replaced last summer. We told the service manager at the local dealer about this problem and he said there was no way to fix it. We will never purchase another Chrysler made vehicle.

This morning, we went out and noticed the driver's side passenger door was open. Later on, we went to a store. After being sure it was locked up, came out to find door open.

The rear doors open but sometimes they close without notice. I am worried for small children who could get caught in the closing door. Warranty company wouldn't cover it, because it didn't happen when they were there. They didn't want to see the video of it.

When I opened the sliding door on the driver side, it slid all the way back like it was suppose to do, but it didn't stay open until I pressed the close button; it immediately started closing. I got the children to school and opened the door for them to get out, but it took three tries before the girl just jumped out before the door could close. I have an appointment for the mechanic to give me an estimate on repairing it. This isn't the first time I have had problem with the back doors. While the car was under warranty, I had to take the car to the dealership numerious times because I was having problems with the sliding back door. Until my husband decided to start going in with me, they told me that they could not find anything wrong. The next two times, they claimed to fix the problem. The third time, the door almost would not close and they had to replace the whole sliding door mechanism. They told me when I bought this car that I was driving a computer. What they forgot to tell me was that I was driving a malfunctioning computer.
