Pads and rotors were getting really worn out, so we purchased the parts and had a mechanic install them.

This is getting to be a real problem because I cannot afford to keep replacing the brake pads and rotors on my 2011 Chrysler Town and Country due to excessive wear.
The pads keep wearing down to the point that the rotors get messed up with all kinds of grooves in them. I am not riding my brakes and have even changed the caliper hoses thinking this was the issue and yet again I am starting to hear the problem and it has only been a couple of weeks since the last change.
Something more is going on here and needs to be looked into as a recall issue I think because I have talked with others that are having the same issue.
I have changed rotors, pads 3 times in the last 9 months and changed the caliper hoses this last time as well.

We just had the pads and rotors changed in March of 2015 and now we had to have them done again in August 2015.
Very annoying and inconvenient, as well as expensive when you are on a budget.

I have replaced the front and rear rotors, calipers and brakes twice within one year. In addition to that repair, I have replaced the brakes several additional times since purchasing the vehicle in 2011.
