My 2011 Chrysler Town and Country stalled while going down the freeway in rush hour traffic.. I tried started engine back ,but it would just turn over but not start.. After sitting on side of freeway for about an hour waiting for tow truck the engine finally started.

The van has cut off on us 3 times in traffic. We were blessed that there were no cars directly behind us. We were on a major highway and could have been killed. We have taken the car into be checked by the dealership. And they can't find the problem. This is very dangerous.
We have our Grandchildren in the car some time. Who wants a car they paid for and can't drive it.
Update from Oct 30, 2016: this is Sunday 10-30-16 & the car engine light has come back on.
Monday morning we have to take it back to the dealership. We're afraid to drive it , fear that it will cut off in traffic again..this is very dangerous We need help please. We don't know what to do. HELP.

My 2011 Chrysler Town and Country stalled again while going down busy freeway during heavy rain storm. My family was with me.. I tried to start engine, but it wouldn't start . It just turned over, but not starting. Was towed to Chrysler dealership in Lewisville, Tx. By the time the van was unloaded at the dealership it had been about an hour again.. I tried to start it and it started this time.. This is the second time this has happened on busy freeway... Very dangerous.. Both times the engine started back up after about an hour.
