The shop we had it fixed at actually thought Chrysler would cover this since there have been so many that have gone out that had been brought to them (especially since warranty had just ended in April) - so they called the dealer before even quoting us a price - but of course Chrysler would not fix this. They do not stand behind their products. I have NEVER had so many issues that a company would not fix - this is my first and my LAST Chrysler product! They suck!

Bought car 2nd hand with 60,000KM's and also bought extended warranty from Nationwide up to 140,000KM's at the dealer suggestion. Rear evaporator/compressor(?) went 25,000KM's later and the extended warranty company wanted nothing to do with it. Eventually, decided they had to fix but tried (without success) to use a non OEM part (wrong size) as it was cheaper. Two weeks later, they finally succumbed and allowed dealership to replace with OEM. Does anyone analyze these extended warranty weasels before the dealers sell you the add-on? Chrysler is sucking right now.
