Car needed new rear brakes at 20,000 miles. Would not cover under warranty, until I contacted Chrysler and complained. This car sucks!

Back again, after 6000 miles from replacing the front rotors, when applying the brakes the vibration is so bad, it rattles the back of the seats. 6/29/2013 at 15041 miles the dealer recommended turning all four rotors. Again, Chrysler indicated that the reason could be road condition, driving habits, or weather ??? !!! The dealer asked for $200 because warranty only covers brakes for 12,000 miles, I declined their recommendation.
I asked Chrysler for a recall for a permanent solution, they refused admitting that there is a problem.
I will keep researching until I find a permanent solution and do it myself and pay for it myself. Thanks to Chrysler for defective products.

2012 Town & Country touring ($31,000). Around 7000 miles vibration is noticed when applying the brakes and it got worse with time. 2/18/2013 at 9874 miles the dealer replace the two front rotors. Vibration was reduced 90%. No charge, all covered under warranty, I asked why not replacing the pads with the rotors, they said the pads are fine. When I asked why wear so early, Chrysler indicated that weather, driving habits, and road conditions could be the reason.......... I think either the rotors are low quality not fit for the vehicle or vehicle bad design.

The dealership said I had something caught inbetween my brake and rotor and it grooved my rotor, but I orginally took it in for bad brakes which they said were bad also. they acted like it was not a big deal. It is a big deal when I only had 10,000 miles on my van. Now the brakes are bad again with only 13,000 miles on my van. only 3,000 miles since they replaced the brakes and rotors. I thought this issue was supposed to be fixed with the 2012?

Paid for this even though brakes should not have gone bad this early. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! Considered "maintenance", but I have never replaced brakes this soon on a vehicle with low mileage like this!

So, this car was purchased from Simi Valley Chrysler with 5000 miles on it already (it was a demo car). After another 17k miles, brakes started giving burning smell on a slope.
Chrysler says brakes got crystallized, and need to be replaced, and will not be covered under warranty.
That's weird if this car needs brake replacement every 17k miles.
