Town & Country 3.6L. V6

2013 Chrysler Town and Country are being sold new with defective AC parts that do not last and require expensive repairs. If Chrysler continues to sell cars that require these types of expensive repairs the public will not continue to buy their products. I bought this van used twelve months ago and have spent over $ 3500.00 on maintenance, including the AC repair. Chrysler has known about the AC issue for several model years and chosen not to fix it. This is a good way to lose market share. I will look at other options when I replace my Town and Country and Chrysler won’t be one of them!

Town & Country Touring 3.6L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 46,500 miles

This is a well-known design flaw that has existed for many years but Chrysler has not addressed it. This type of problem should not be occurring with a vehicle that is only 4 1/2 years old. Chrysler should be ashamed of itself for not addressing this problem sooner.
