Cpsc: 2013 Chrysler minivan: Consumer has stated while driving the hood flew open. The consumer stated the hood flew open with so much force, it shattered the windshield. After the consumer pulled over, she discovered the hood not only un-latched, but the bolts had stripped and the entire mechanism broke away from the van.
