The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country. The contact stated that the air bag warning light was flashing. Additionally, the Auto Start feature was inoperable. The contact also stated that the heater was activated independently. While driving at undisclosed speeds, the vehicle stalled with the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact stated that the hood latch had been seized, and the electrical system was inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, but the dealer declined to service the vehicle and referred the contact to the manufacturer for assistance. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 104,000.
