The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler Town and country. While driving, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was restarted and was able to drive normally. The vehicle was taken to zeigler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of downers grove (2311 ogden ave, downers grove, il 60515, (630) 241-5500) where it was diagnosed that the PCM needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired due to the repair fees. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was approximately 93,000.
