Our 2013 Town and Country has extreme wind and road noise coming from the rear side doors. It sounds like the windows are open or the door is not shut all the way. It's bad enough to possibly cause sudden reaction and possibly an accident trying to avoid a vehicle along side. The dealer doesn't find any cause or even acknowledge the problem. I have been to two different dealers and the dealers say it's normal.
If this is representative of Chrysler quality, it will be my last purchase. The last Chrysler product I had was a 2000 Intrepid and it had a 2.7 V6 that froze up at about 70,000 Miles. Chrysler didn't stand behind it either even though it was a known for the engine failure as reported on the internet. I vowed then not to buy another Chrysler product but got sucked into believing they had addressed their quality problems. I like the van concept but not from Chrysler. If anyone knows of a solution to the road noise, I would be interested in the help.
