problem #2

Feb 012022

Town & Country 30th Anniv

  • Automatic transmission
  • 74,000 miles

Radio stopped working, and also the DVD system, bluetooth, navigation etc. Happened in Feb 2022. I could not get an appointment with a Chrysler dealership until April 7th. This is August and they still have my vehicle.

I told them in detail what the issue was, and that the windshield wipers were unreliable, and that they go off, or switch to high speed at random times. They were not able to diagnose the issue to tell me that the TIPM was bad for over 60 days.

Town & Country 30th Anniversary Edition

  • Automatic transmission
  • 44,500 miles

It started on a Monday night with the a/c turning off and on by itself.... then the radio at the same time. Then all of the lights on the dash came on and all of the gauges stopped working. Including the fuel, speedometer, temperature, everything. Thermometer says that it is -39 degrees outside... it's not. The dash ran through all of the error warnings, “NO BUS”, “Low Fuel”, “blind spot detection unavailable”. And my wipers started to go off all by themselves. The soonest the dealership could get me in was Thursday morning. Tuesday it continued to do the same thing as Monday night. On Wednesday and Thursday morning, it only told me that the blind spot detection is unavailable and the little arrows on my side mirrors are lit up continuously.
