About These NHTSA Complaints:
The NHTSA is the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints can be spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem. See the Back button — blue bar at the very top of the page — to explore more.
Every year since owning this vehicle I've had to replace a headlight from burnt bulbs to full headlamp replacement. My message center on the dash never indicates headlight is out. I've owned my 2015 Chrysler town and counttry limited platinum for 5 years and had to have this issue resolved every year. I've had the dealer do the repairs each time so it can be documented.

The contact owns a 2015 Chrysler Town and country. While driving at night on an unlite road, the headlamps failed to illuminate the roadway sufficiently. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was concerned that there was an object inside of the headlamp that prohibited the proper projection of the headlamp beam. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 500. Consumer stated low beam light only gives 20 yd of light on unlite roads. Updated 8/8/18
