Surging, rpm scaling up, hesitancy to switch to 3rd gear unless speed is increased past 60 mph.
Taken in for repair… there are no codes so I’m dismissed as not being able to drive properly. (Spitting nails at the counter rep is not an option).

Surging, hesitancy to switch to 3rd gear unless speed is increased to 60mph. Once again, there's no codes so there’s no problem with the van (!) and unable to replicate. Notice it’s still under warranty!!!

Surging, hesitancy to switch to 3rd gear unless speed is increased to 60mph. Technician says there are no codes (obviously a real mechanic is unavailable) and once again the heavy-footed individual cannot replicate the issue so obviously there’s nothing wrong. (In a pig's eye!!!)

Surging, hesitancy to change to 3rd gear unless speed is increased to 60mph. Technician once again says there are no codes so there’s no problem to fix and once again a heavy-footed individual cannot replicate the problem and once again I contemplate entering the showroom and yell at the top of my lungs to never purchase a Chrysler product.

Surging, hesitancy to switch to 3rd gear unless speed is increased to 60mph. Technician says “found surging coming from transmission assembly internal failure, not setting any codes. Tech can definitely feel transmission not shifting properly. Recommend replacing transmission assemblyâ€.
Now that it’s out of warranty something wrong can be found to the tune of $6710. Chrysler corporation offers no solution since the van is out of warranty. How nice, no real customer service, just a “pay to play†statement. So I’m off to an independent repair facility to talk to a REAL mechanic instead of a computer geek.

Surging, hesitancy to switch to 3rd gear unless speed is increased to 60mph. Sick of technician, fear van dying on the road, and thoroughly disgusted, but I need the van.

Surging, hesitancy to switch to 3rd gear unless speed is increased to 60mph. Technician once again says no codes, problem cannot be replicated and my emotional state is still being subdued. I can’t afford jail time.

My car has the dial shifter, and has began slipping when shifted into gear, is getting worse over time, warranty is expired and Chrysler wants 300.00 to look at it and says it could cost up to 5.000 to fix, which I don’t have right.
Now, car is barely driven and just reached 50,000 mile mark had had every service!

clanking sound, jerking, hesitating
Complaint to Chrysler Dealership located in route 60 Brandon, Fl at two different times and they said there is nothing wrong with the vehicle.
I'm sure they just looked at my manufacturer warranty about to expire and prefer to say there is nothing wrong with it.

Accelerator pedal has a 1-2 second delay. Potentially dangerous when merging onto highway or need to do a fast pass. Pressing gas pedal does nothing for a second or two, then transmission hits and jerks the car forward, almost losing control.

Surging, hesitancy to switch to 3rd gear unless speed is increased to 60 mph. Technician (are there any mechanics anymore) said no codes shown (no surprise) so there’s nothing wrong with the van. And their ability to replicate an ongoing issue is dismissed by a kid with a heavy foot (I’ve seen him do test drives).
