The solenoid for the Torque Converter Lockup electronic valve gets stuck on after exceeding 45 mph. When coming to a stop it will stall the motor. The only way to keep driving is to shift into Neutral
It requires disassembly of the front case (not easy to get to) and replace that solenoid - separate from the full valve assy.

Most trans shops want to replace whole trans or valve body at $2500 & up. the part is $40. from Mopar & its sourced out.
