Town & Country 3.6L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 41,200 miles

I had this work done because the Dodge/Chrysler dealer told me once the test was done, that this was what was wrong. Once I drove the car for a few days, the noise was back. I took the car back and it was tested again with new problems that would have cost me three times more than what I had already paid them. I refused to let them swindle me again. The dealership Heritage Cadillac (where I purchased) and Landmark Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram (Dealer who did the work) are two dealer that I will never use again and I am telling my family and friends not to buy or use their services. Heritage sold me a lemon and would not do anything to make it right. "Buyer Beware!!!"

Town & Country Anniversary Edition 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 3,000 miles

I originally took the van to Freedom dealer in Virden , Il. When the van had 3000 miles on it again when it had 6000 miles and again when it had 10000 miles, they replaced a rear shock and said that it was the problem. It is still making a noise under the van so yesterday I took it to landmark Chrysler in Sprfld,il. And they said they heard the noise so they took another van like mine and said that it made the same noise. I had a 2013 Town and Country Van and it had the same problem so they replaced the front shocks and the problem went away. I am very upset with this vehicle!
