The contact owns a 2001 Chrysler Voyager mini-van. The middle right side seat belt pulled loose. This happened on 8-31-05. The dealer said that there were no recalls for the vehicle. The contact called Chrysler district service and they agreed to fix the problem at no cost. The contact wanted to submit a complaint due to the fact that this problem may have occurred in other vehicles.
