After regularly servicing her vehicle, she has had to replace the front and rear brakes at 20,000 and 40,000 miles. The dealer stated that the brakes needed to be replaced again at 70,000 miles. Two weeks after her vehicle had been inspected and while driving 5 mph, the transmission snapped in half. The vehicle had to be pushed off the road and then towed to a mechanic. The mechanic confirmed that the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced and stated that any part that was contaminated by the transmission failure had to be replaced. The vehicle is currently with the mechanic and repairs currently total $1,400. The contact is scheduled to have arbitration with the dmv. The purchase date and powertrain were unknown. The current and failure mileages were 77,000.

The consumer stated after having the tires rotated on a regular schedule basis, it was discovered the tires were bald which caused the consumer to skid such far distance. Prior to the accident almost every month the tires wore down very quickly and constantly needed air.

How can the airbags not come out of this vehicle, the hole front was hit iam not happy with the perfromce of Chrysler dealership.??
