Seatback broke when I was trying to get my wallet out of my back pocket in a wendy's drive through. I leaned back to raise my rear off the seat and the seat back broke. The seat back rests on the nack seat and it will not stay in an upright position. I took the car to a Dodge dealer and they said it would cost me $1016 to fix. I cannot believe that the seat was not strong enough to support me. What would have happened if I had been rear ended? I would have ended up in the back seat or worse. I have digital pictures of the seat frame I could E-mail to someone if you are interested. I obtained a replacement seat from a junk yard. Thank for creating a web site allowing me to report thia issue. I belive Dodge/chyrsler should pay me to have my car fixed. Thanks.
