Avenger 3.2L V6

My brakes squeal almost constantly. They also feel like the are grinding. I've had them checked several times but am told that's what Dodges do.

Avenger SXT V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 14,000 miles

I didn't have my car 6 months and the brakes started making a very high pitched squealing noise. It occurred every single time you were in reverse. Some times the breaks would work and the car would stop but sometimes it wouldn't. I took the car to the dodge house and they told me I must have dirt on them, because that's the only reason they would do that. After having my car a week, they tell me they took the breaks apart and there was no dirt so they put them back on the car. I still have no clue what is causing this problem.
