The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Avenger. After the ignition key was replaced, the horn worked intermittently. There were no warning indicators. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed that the power control module needed to be rewired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 200,000.
