The contact owns a 2008 Dodge Avenger. While the contact filled the fuel tank he noticed that the gasoline was spilling back out from nozzle head. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated that the gas tank needed to be replaced. The vehicle wasn't repaired. The VIN was not available. The manufacturer will be notified. The failure and the current mileages were 45,000.
