Intake manifold runner control was not opening and closing properly so I had to replace the intake manifold.

Started getting a obd code 2017 and 2004. After replacing the manifold runner control valve the light stayed on and now code says that the circuit is high in bank one. I took off the runner control and tested it so it is a good part,

I was driving down the road and all of a sudden it was like the transmission shifted down to a lower gear, the engine reved up and then within a few mins stalled out. With no warning also all the warning lights were lit up. When I tried to restart the car it just clicked after jump start because of trying to start it...restarted but still was "stuck" in the low gear and stalled out again. I then called a tow truck and had it towed home. I looked up recalls for the year of the model and found the recall #H33- tcm/PCM was recalled on 712 models by VIN it says mine isn't one of those but by description it did exactly as the recall describes. I was on a very busy interstate road during 4th of July traffic and almost caused an accident trying to pull off the road as my car suddenly slowed down and then stalled

2009 Dodge Avenger rpms would rise and fall 200-300 at idle. Exhaust/muffler would rattle. Have been to multiple shops and they cannot diagnose the problem. It is taking longer to start up. The alternator was replaced 2 months ago. The battery was replaced last week. Yesterday, it was checked by an autozone employee for codes and nothing came up. I started the car and it quickly died there after. Drove it around all day after that and not a problem. Today it had a very rough start, rpms went above 2000 and back down to about 400, constantly, and car was shaking a lot. I backed out of the garage and while I applied the brakes, it almost died. I barely got it in park before it did die. The whole time the check engine and etc lights stayed on. This is a first for both to stay on. Etc has came on before and stayed, then never showed up for another 1-2 years (now0. Car has almost 87,000 miles.

Notice RPM / mph would rev-up...did not think much of it till I notice, having to apply brake S harder when coming to a stop becuase the car was still acceraling while I was appling pressure to brake. Notice when taking off from a complete stop or partial stop, car would stumble (RPM would drop to zero --just as to stall). Check eng. Light came on took car directly to service repair shop -code P2017(intake runner valuve error)-replace intak mainfold- (488445aj). Less then 4 hours of pick up, same problem but worst. Back to auto service center they found nothing (no codes, no errors, no warning lights). Took 2009 Avenger to a dealship-told them - driving issues I was having & no warning lights. They came back with same error "foudn cel on found intake mainifold runner value stuck), I told them I just had part replaced. They told me the part is defected, to keep my orignal warranty in place it took car back to auto service center which did the orig, job- place part 2 times (maniffold intake -kit) each time the car cont. W/ same driving issues but the last one - no codes/error after running a scan test, car was still stumbling from take off & RPM/mph rev-up when break & coming to a stop it jerks in a forward motion. Back to dealership - they stated could not find any problems. Pick up car -still same issues, car will be on its way back to a dogde dealership service dept. I feel this issue has gotten to the point of being a safey issue after serveral times not being albe to stop and car trying to stall as I try and cross major roadway. One last issue which I have notice while driving hwy mostly I notice my RPM drop and pop right back up, speed also but not as bad. All the issues appears to be something is sticking and if its the manifold -what can you do if you can only use Dodge parts - replacement(3-X's) within a 3 wks time. Plz advise Dodge to review.
