Avenger RT 2.4L

I merged onto a busy 4 lane road and had to floor it to match the speed of traffic (super slow on this car by the way). About the time I got up to speed the battery light came on. Took it to the shop and was told the alternator had failed. Had it replaced for $265. Problem was resolved after this.
