The contact owns a 2011 Dodge Avenger. The contact stated that the vehicle was experiencing electrical failures with the window motors as the power windows failed to operate and the vehicle failed to start. The contact stated that all the warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and it was diagnosed that the starter needed replacement. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The dealer (mancari's Chrysler, 2514 95th St, oak lawn, il 60453) was contacted and stated that there were no recalls on the vehicle related to the failures. The failure mileage was 110,000.
