Airbag light on. Took into dealership for a recall, that did not fix problem. They said it was an orc module I believe and that in event of accident the airbags would not go off.

I feel that Dodge needs to stand behind their name and fix all of the recall and any problem with the car if its not that old. I have only had my car (2012 Dodge Avenger) almost 2 years and it drives rough and the airbag light has come on. I had it checked out and they said they reset the TIPM but the light is still on due to the fact that i need to replace the occupant restraint control module. Its a lot of recall with this occupant restraint control module but she said my car isn't on there. Why not?

This is very annoying and very dangerous not to have my airbags properly working. I feel something should done about this very soon by dodge. I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for something that's not my fault. If I have to replace it I will trade it for another car and it sure want be a Chrysler product. Also my trunk holds a lot of water when it rains and it comes out of the latch once the trunk is lifted up.

I took my car to the dealer to have the recall on the active head restraint and after the reprogramming of the system it threw another code(B2208) which Dodge Corporate told me that it is a electrical failure of the restraint system. So the dealer wants me to pay to have it fixed! My airbag light is still on and I think it is Dodge's responsibility to fix the problem!!! THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE, THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE, NOT ME!!

PLEASE HELP!!

Thanks,
