Cpsc: 2013 red Dodge Avenger-: consumer stated while trying to put her shoe back on her foot, her foot hit an opening of metal above the brake pedal and accelerator, and it caused her foot to bleed profusely. The consumer went to the emergency room due to pain and swelling of her right foot.
