Brakes making a noise on a new car that I've only had since August 2014. This is just crazy. Also the clock loses time, about three minutes off all the time.

I am absolutely furious that my brand new car already has problems! My brakes squeal so loud regardless of my speed, how hard I'm braking, or what gear I'm in. I took it back to the dealership where I was rudely told that these are just the way the brakes are on newer Dodge vehicles. Bullshit.
I brought it back again demanding the pads to be inspected. Turns out, all four pads had sharp edges that were rubbing against the rotors. The technician beveled the edges down and supposedly lubricated the pads with "anti-squeek" (is this even a thing?) and road tested the car to ensure it was fixed. I take back the keys, get 2 miles down the road just to hear my brakes squealing again! I have no idea what to do!

I purchased the car new! Brakes wore very fast! Squeaking and squealing loudly at first and then got to be so bad had to have new brakes. Couldn't stand the noise.
