Avenger SXT 3.2L

  • Automatic transmission

Had problems twice before where the brake warning light came on and there were no brakes but they came right back. Took in for maintenance and they checked off the brakes were fine. The third time it happened, was last night resulting in a crash where the vehicle would not stop when brakes were pressed. The warning light came on at the time the brakes were pressed. I have a motosafety monitor in the vehicle because my 18 year old son drives it and it showed a rapid braking alert at the exact time of the crash showing the brakes were applied but passenger and driver and witnesses said the vehicle didn't even slow down. The crash resulted in a T-bone accident. I am scared to death of this vehicle. Since it just happened yesterday, not sure of the damage yet. I do not want this vehicle back, very unsafe.
