The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Avenger. On several occasions, while driving, the vehicle became bumpy and the rear end spun to the left and right. As a result, the contact temporarily lost control of the vehicle. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the shocks needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
