: the contact stated the brakes failed to respond as the front right wheel began to shake and pulled to the right resulting in an impact to the curb of the bridge. This occurred while driving at an unknown speed, in a light rain. The police arrived at the scene and filed an accident report. The vehicle was towed to impound. The insurance company was notified, however a service mechanic did not inspect the vehicle. The manufacturer was not notified.
