I am reading these complaints and they seem just like mine and many others. I go into my back seat this morning and low and behold there is a pool of water on the floor. Now I've had issues with this car already and I've only owned it for 6 months. I call the dealer and its like they already knew it would happen. No oh I'm so sorry to hear that, we'll take care of you. Nothing like that. Just oh bring it in Monday between 6:30 amnd 9:30. I'm so angry with them. They knowingly sold me a LEMON and said nothing about any issues it may have. Dishonest loser salesmen!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just noticed this today when i remove the floor mat in order to clean up the dirt and i was so surprise why their is water on carpet. i don,t know where the water came from. This pass few weeks their was some snow here in our area so i can not avoid getting inside the car with some snow on my shoes then it will melt. I thought there was a hole on my car floor mat and i examine it thoroughly but everything are fine. I was so surprise why the car carpet was soaked with water. is there anybody out there can help me. thanks. j. p..

I have no warranty on my car. Feel like the dealership that sold me the car knew of this problem. Really do not know what to do. To stop it from leaking. Really don't have the funds right now to fix it! Is there any thing I can do until I can get it repaired. Hell It's going to ruin my carpet. Please if anyone can Please tell me What to do. Diana Ga.

Dodge needs help. And the service at the dealer is even worse.

I took my car in to have a separate problem fixed and noticed a puddle on the rear passenger floor and asked them to look into it. They determined that it had come from a jug of washer fluid that had tipped over in the hatch. When the problem recurred a few days later, I knew they had been mistaken. There is obviously a leak in the frame of the door or window somewhere but as a single mom, with no extra money, I have not had the problem looked at. The car, especially in the summer, has a terrible odor now that my kids liken to sour milk. It's terrible and actually the least of my problems with this car that I still have 2 years owing on. I'll never buy a dodge again!
