rubbing noise rubbing noise

I guess I'm a little bummed out. We only put 7000 miles per year on the car and they are easy miles. So why did this happen? I'm in the market of getting a new work van. Not sure if it should be another brand. Would be nice if Dodge would stand behind this problem.
