I had taken this vehicle in for regular oil changes and was told a few times that it's very rusted underneath. I asked, is that bad and safe for me. A few times, I was told, it would be costly getting things replaced. One mechanic said, I need to take it back to the dealership and demand they replace the rusted parts underneath the vehicle. Well trying to do that, I was not able to, because the dealership was shut down. So I was stuck with the vehicle. Earlier this year, while my car was on lift, the mechanic came to me and said, while putting on new tires, a part was so rusted, it had to be broken off. Because of this, no charge and they replaced the part while doing the service.

RUST, RUST, RUST IS ALL I HAVE BEEN HEARING. Fast forward to today, the rust and horrible, just recently during another oil change, I was informed that my oil pan is very rusted and needs to be replaced. Then informed that I should go to Dodge and have them look over my vehicle. Mechanic says the oil pan is the least of my worries. I tried to trade it in, no place would take it and I brought in all my service paperwork over the last two years. I don't have money to get all these repairs done and felt I was sold a lemon. It's not fair, safe nor okay for someone to have to deal with this alone.
