Recently purchased a brand new 2011 Dodge Caliber Heat. So far nothing but problems with it. First off, thus far it has stalled a total of 5 times. The last time was pretty scary as I was going through a major intersection and it just stalled, thank god I had enough momentum to glide into a gas station across the street. One thing I do know for sure, is that every time it's stalled, I was applying braking. I just have had enough with this problem. So far all my local dealership has told me is that its a software thing with the computers and that they could not replicate the problem. So its been in the shop twice and currently I don't have the car as its been in the shop for a week now. So, I am furious, and reading online about Chrysler and the complaints and issues are terrifying.
Also I don't know if this is related but the A/C blower failed to turn on two times after starting it. Luckily they just replaced the entire A/C control module and that fixed it for now.
But anyways, just would like to know if anyone got a fix or knows anything about the Calibers stalling out when braking. Other complaints would be great too!!
