Caravan ES 3.3L

I have a 1993 Dodge Grand Caravan,the ABS brakes stops working and then I have no power brakes,,,I unhooked the ABS brake system, that worked for awhile but the problem has come back again,,,it seems to happen when it gets cold or damp.
