Vehicle was in park and consumer's three year old child was able to place gear from park to drive without depressing brake pedal. Consumer was unable to stop vehicle by applying brakes, and puting car in park. Consumer has yet to contact dealer. Please provide furthur details.

When the ignition is in the on position driver is able to move the gear shift indicator without depressing the brake pedal. The dealer was told about the problem. Dealer stated that procedure was normal.
