While driving the windshield wiper intermittently comes on without warning causing a distraction. Please provide any additional information.

Since I have had this vehicle, the air bag light comes on and will stay on thus I do not know if the air bag would work or not if needed. My cruise control alternates working and not as does the check engine light. Most of the time the check engine light is on and everytime I have had it checked, I have been told they reset it and everything look good. The computer does not show anything wrong. The cruise will come on sometimes and it will not at others. I think this vehicle as well as others I have talked to has a defect and I would like to see you check it out and have them do a recall and correct the electrical problems. I took my vehicle back several times during the first few months I had it for repairs and the same type probles keep occurring. My wipers will also at times come on with out being turned on. My sisters Caravan does the same thing.

Consumer needed to have transmission replaced again because it was shifting incorrectly. Problem could've been a rebuilt torque converter they used. Clock spring needed to replaced because horn didn't work. Also, airbag light stayed on, and cruise control went totally out. Drivers side sliding door jams, linkage appears okay. Windshield wipers sometomes will not shut off after key is removed.

Vehicle has been having ongoing problem with windshield wipers since vehicle was purchased. Windshield wipers do not work properly in the rain. Windshield wipers would either stop working or change speeds on their own. Also, when thedy are on while wet, and consumer attempts to turn them off, windshield wipers would continue to move, even while the engine is turned off. Vehicle has been taken to the dealership on numerous occasions, and have been replaced. Per technician, no further repairs were going to be made since there were no remedies to the problem.
