Twice this year my ignition broke and I had to hire a locksmith to repair it. The last time the locksmith told me there is a manufacture defect with the ignition.

While van was parked on a flat surface, with the ignition off, gear in park, van rolled backwards about 100 feet, crashed through a fence and hit a mobile home beforing coming to a stop. Owner has been experiencing problems with key being stuck in ignition, and key was stuck at this time. Van is being held by dealership.
