We had the same thing happen with replacement of front and back brakes. I swear that we are putting brakes on this van every 5-6 months! Worst car I have ever owned! Would never buy Dodge again. We've had the rotors done a few times too! We've owned many new cars and this has been the worst brand new car I have ever owned.

I started having problems basically from day one.
I replaced the brake pads at least three times. The front discs twice. Then one cold winter morning, the back brakes locked up! I took it to the mechanic and he replaced every component in the back that dealt with the braking system. Then another cold winter morning a week later, it happened again. I spent the money to replace the whole thing once again. Now, a few months down the road the problem is starting again!

27K miles folks! Major brake work! Pads OK, but front rotors needed turning and back (EX) needed replacing! 27K miles! Never ever again! You and I have all heard horror stories about cheap Chrysler parts designed into cars. I finally after 20 cars decided that the bean counters have changed their spots. Wrong! Ken Lay still resides at Chrysler! Go Honda, Toyota! What is cool is hearing the well trained Enron liars in service blaming my wife's driving methods. Never again! Never again! Guess what Chrysler is saying? Where is our next sucker going to come from!!!!!!!

Had to replace drums and rotors and new brake linings. I guess they are making cars with throw away parts. Because i dad to replace everything , but the front rotors. Thank god for small miracle.
