Air bag warning light is on constantly. Horn will not work.cruise control will not work.

Driver's side air bag, the horn and the cruise control do not work. It is quite obvious that these defects are caused by a defective clock spring. This was a matter of recall for the Dodge Caravan and Grand Caravan, Plymouth Voyager and Grand Voyager and Chrysler town and country from the 1996-2000 model years. Our car is 2001 model and is not in a recall list, but it is quite obvious to me that the defect was not fixed in 2001 year models. Am I alone complaining about this unfixed problem? When starting my 2001 Dodge Caravan sport, the speedometer bounces around and "flips" back behind the piece that is underthe 0 mph, preventing the speedometer from working. It is an imtermittent problem that has become increasingling worse in the last 3 weeks (3 times). The first couple of times I could hit on the dash when the car was off and it would "reset" and work fine, but this does not always work so when I'm driving I can't tell how fast I'm going. No injuries or tickets yet-I haven't been able to take in to be looked at while this was occuring so I could get it fixed. I have also had problems with the driver side window (power) getting stuck down (2 times in last 3 months). I have also had a "rattleing" noise that occurs when I'm driving at a steady 45 mph under the front end. I had a dealer "fix" it under my extended warranty, but it started doing it again after about a week. I have not been able to take it back in to be looked at.

Sudden acceleration. Starting from a stop light, the van began accelerating without control. Attempts to stop were unsuccessful. Acceleration stopped as sudden as it started. Car dealer said it possibly was a build up of "carbon around the airintake flap causing it to stick open". paid $160 for maintenance to clean the intake. It was a scary incident that could have resulted in an accident.
