: the contact stated the front passenger seat belt became stuck. The seat belt did not retract and was not able to be pulled out at all. Also, the air bag warning light illuminated constantly. The vehicle was taken to a private repair shop, where the mechanic was unable to determine the cause of the seat belt problem. When the air bag was tested, the mechanic stated that there was a code which only the dealer could decipher.

While driving vehicle hit an ice patch in the road. The anti lock brakes failed, and vehicle spun around, and went into a ravine. While going down, consumer hit a tree which stopped the vehicle. Driver's seat back reclined, laying the consumer completely down. Somehow she then slid out of the seat belt, and landed in the back seat with the seat belt still engaged. Since the accident consumer's shoulder/neck, and head are in constant pain.difficulty focusing, an dis unable to drive for long periods of time due to pain.
