This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Dodge dealer.
The driver side went bad first at 36000 miles cost $360 to fix. Now the passenger side goes bad. This will be my last Dodge

The regulator & motor need to be replaced almost once per year. Just plain crap!

Same problem as everyone else. Passenger side window goes down, but won't go back up. Had the same problem with the driver's side practically from day one, but it was still under warranty, and Dodge fixed it. I have two interim fixes. One, the same as was said before: if the window isn't all the way down, pull it up, then push it down as far as it will go, and try switch. Secondly, try beating on the inside of the door, about 8 inches down from the handle...lol...that one works better than the first way. I can't imagine why American made car companies are struggling so badly with the American car buying public. This sill be my last Dodge as well.

It's me again with the window problem for the second time.
This will never happen to me again because this pile
of junk is out of here.

One can only imagine the plethora of problems this creates

power windows work intermittently; very annoying. We can get the driver window to work by pushing the window up and down a couple of times. We avoid letting the window go all the way down.

Hate to say it....after years of Toyota's, I broke down and bought a Dodge...With only 72,000 miles...it has had to have a new air conditioning compressor, sway bar linkage, and now the power window won't work. And then the Dodge dealer won't even look at it for less then $112. Guess my next mini van will be a Toyota.

Its just weird to me that the window would stop working all of a sudden with no prior problems at all. The manual also says nothing about if its a possible fuse problem or if it is something worse.

Drivers side window gets stuck almost every time. Either half up or down, sometimes all the way down. The motor don't catch. Passenger window falls off the track. Had dealership fix once, to only happen again. They replaced the whole motor and cable. I've spoken with a number of owners of the same year, make, & model. These matters need to be addressed. I love Dodge but this is not a very pleasant situation.

All of a sudden, my passengers side window stopped working. Then all of a sudden you can put it down, but then it won't go up. Sometimes I forget and accidentally hit the button and it goes down. Once in a great while it'll go back up.
I went for an inspection sticker and it failed because of the window. I don't have the $$ to fix it since I started having one other major issue with the tranny and another issue that needs to be addressed with my sliding door and now summer is here, but if I put it down, who knows when it's going to rain and if I can get it back up.

My warranty has run out. But I feel I don't deserve to have to pay out of my pocket. For a constant recurring problem. Especially since it was supposed to be fix once. To only mess up 2 months later. This is bad business ethics. I've seen online I'm not the only one with this problem also I've spoken with other owners of the same make, year, & model. This matter needs to be fixed! I don't feel it should come out my pocket for the dodge company's defect!

Window on driver side stopped working. Cable jammed in wheel on power windows
- Bernard C., Oshawa, Ontario, Canada
WHEN ONE POWER WINDOW NEEDS FIX ITS NOT SURPRISING BUT WHEN TWO HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM THERE'S A SCREWUP IN MANUFACTURING OR DESIGN. TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY THE ACTUAL PART CANNOT BE FIXED ALL CHRYSLER PROVIDES IS A FULL AND EXPENSIVE (OVER $200) "ASSEMBLY". TALKED TO CHRYSLER WHO DECLINED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REPAIR AS VEHICLE IS BEYOND BOTH MILEAGE AND TIME WARRANTY. DID NOT COMMENT ON FACT WINDOWS DON'T GO BAD- PERIOD.

That was the first of the multitude of problems that I have experienced.
