This noise was loud and common in several of these vans. I don't know why dodge used trans fluid as steering fluid or why they had to put a fluid cooler under the van where it gets damaged twice a year ,but what do I know? I'm only the guy that has to lay in the snow and fix it every time someone drives through a snow bank or a rock flies up and hits it...or maybe the wind blows too hard. If anyone has any suggestions as how to move somewhere else I'm in.
