All exterior parking lights were inoperative while the headlights were OK. The fault was determined to be within the fuse panel assembly. I was able to easily remove the entire fuse panel from the car and work on it inside the house. Problem was found to be corrosion on the fuse panel circuit board. What was needed was to clean the corrosion and solder a jumper wire over the damaged area to restore full function of the parking lights. This repair was done because replacement fuse panel circuit boards alone cost over $400 at a dealer AND they have a severe shortage of them.
While it was fairly easy to remove the fuse panel, the problem was that Dodge/Chrysler poorly designed the connections. Water was able to penetrate the fuse panel and cause this corrosion. When I reinstalled the repaired fuse panel, silicon spray was applied to the entire circuit board prior to assembly to reduce future corrosion.
