Never buy a Dodge. The suspension is just aweful, I have had this van for 4 months and already I have had some issues which I cannot believe, Chrysler/dodge nothing but junk.

all i have to say is the 2005 dodge caravan is a real piece of s*# t . by far the worst vehicle ever made . so many problems with only 50,000 miles on it. bad sway bar bushings, bad right hand tie rod , bad air bag front impact sensor, and now the trans. slips in reverse. american made cars are very poor quality now. its a no wonder why toyota is number one now. its a shame, im a u.s.a. made kind of guy. but poor craftsmanship is making me think twice.

i think the caravan is great, the sway bar bushings are crap from factory but to save the head ach buy a performance aftermarket grade bushing or visit your local machinist to make you one .way cheeper and lastlonger. the worst thing about these vans is the location of the tcm. under the wheel well driver side not protected from the weather ,snow and salt(canada) and its made with a aluminum case and tin. if buying one of theses cars used pull the inner fender out inspect it for damage and spray down with fluid film ,krown t-40 or some other corosin protectent. spray you connections too to help keep the greenies away.
