Van kept losing power while driving. I'd be going along about 65 mph and it'd lose power. I could put the pedal to the floor and nothing happened, just coasted to a stop. Had to pull over REPEATEDLY and restart van and then take back off. This happened for MONTHS and got worse and worse. Every time I took it into the Dodge dealership (was still under warranty), they "couldn't find the problem." They claimed it never acted up on them, but it was so bad after several months that it acted up almost every single time I was driving. We got stranded MANY times - including vacation many states away. After many trips in for "we can't find it" service, I finally had to take it to my regular mechanic. Replaced the oxygen sensor. Done. No more of those problems. Also found out that the dealership here (Lithia Dodge of Bryan, Texas) "does not do maintenance on their vehicles before they sell them" per the service manager there. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THEM. I have had REPEATED problems with them AND this van that are still continuing to this day. I am continually taking this van in for service because new problems that should not crop up this early in the life of the van just keep happening. Ridiculous. Dodge's service is even worse than their vehicles.

driving down the road I was going about 45-50 mph and all of a sudden it will not go over 25mph. It sounded like the car had been put in neutral and someone was pushing the gas pedal but the vehicle would not go over 25 mph. call tow truck, dealer ship has van for a week and tells me they could not get the car to duplicate the same problem. I took it to a chevy dealership because I bought it from them and bought a gm warranty. I just wonder if it were taken to a dodge or chrysler dealership they would know what the problem was. The dealership I took it to said nothing came up on the computer when they ran it.I would really like to know what the problem is or is the car dealership just calling me a liar?
