Loss of headlight illumination NHTSA preliminary evaluation #PE10022 low beams very dim, high beams only work when turn indicator is held in a forward location. Without high beams I can not drive at night, holding the high beam on via the turn indicator causes dangerous driving. If driving or stationary the low beams do not work. We purchased this vehicle used in 2015, the problem did not happen until 2016, so we were not aware of the recall, as the recall was considered closed in 2015.
