Cowl/hood weatherstripping becomes brittle and tears of I got a replacement on ebay for about 30 part number was 68051392AA dealer quoted quoted me $65. I recommend just cutting the heads off the rivets they aren't you're typical body panel rivets. You can get an assortment of sizes and the tool from harbor freight for about $10 bucks.
