Purchased this vehical in June of 2010 brand new! Also purchased extended warrenty. Three months later I'm driving and the car stalls and won't start back up. Call tow truck and have them tow to the dealership where I purchased the vehical (Galeana's Van Dyke Dodge in Warren, MI) Went to dealer when they opened the following morning and the service staff was less than pleasent. They took me to get my rental and I went to work. They called me at work to let me know the car was fixed and I told them I would be there after work to pick it up. I drop off the rental after work and am told that I have to pay for the rental because it's not covered under my warrenty. I argue that I have an extended warrenty and they claimed it wasn't in their system. After about 15 minutes of arguing they waived the rental fees. I get in my car to take it home and when I open the car door I get blasted with gas fumes. I drove the car home and all seemed fine. The next day I drive to work as usual and drive home. Then I take the car to go out to dinner and when I tried to pass someone the car died on me again the same way it did the day before.
Why do I have to put up with this nonsense after only 3 months of owning this vehical? I used to love Chrysler....especially since my sister in law works for them....I traded in a Chrysler 300 that never had any issues in the 5 yrs. I owned it for this piece of poo!! Extremely dissappointed with Chrysler, not only for their customer service, but for my new found lack of trust and confidence in their products!
