The dealer will not answer the phone or return messages regarding a Mopar Vehicle Protection Plan that I have a signed contract indicating 3 years. However, when I checked with Mopar, it only shows a 2 year contract. I have even left a copy of the contract with the dealership to have them call me. No one will call. When I have been able to get through, they divert me to an operator who is unavailable.
